| 10.30am – 2pm | Australian Ship Builders & Repairers Association | A long-standing annual meeting of this group |
| 1.30pm – 3.30pm | Recreational Vessel Advisory Group (NSW) | A TfNSW Maritime hosted group |
| 1.30pm – 3.30pm | Commercial Vessels Advisory Group | A TfNSW Maritime hosted group |
| 3pm – 5pm | Diversity Forum | A discussion covering many aspects of diversity in the marine industry |
| 3pm – 6pm | Australian Recreational Boating Safety Committee Forum – Vessel Standards | The ARBSC has chosen to run this forum at the Show to engage stakeholders and industry |
| 10am – 7pm | BIA Stand | A stand featuring promotions for Marine Careers and Discover Boating |

| 10am – 12pm | Sustainability – Propelling Our Future – Forum | A forum set to feature decarbonisation with an ICOMIA presentation along with speakers on End of Life vessels and more. |
| 12.30pm – 2.30pm | Australia & New Zealand Safe Boating Education Group & Australian Recreational Boating Safety Committee Joint Meeting |
A rare joint meeting of the two groups is expected. The groups combine all the major maritime regulators with leading NGO in aquatic recreation across the Trans Tasman region. |
